Fund a Training Bank. Assign any course to any employee.

1. Commit any amount to fund your organization's Training Bank.
2. You become that organization's admin immediately — invite employees by email and they get access to whatever courses you assign, with nothing for them to pay.
3. Every course drawn from the balance is billed at your organization's locked-in discount tier (below), set the moment you fund the account.

Under $10,000 committed is still a valid Training Bank account — just without a discount yet. Pay in full at signing or spread the commitment over 4 quarterly payments; your discount tier locks in at signing either way, not phased in.

Unused balance isn't forfeited at year's end. When your organization renews its Training Bank at the same tier or higher, any unused balance rolls into year 2 — good for one year of rollover. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.

Every course drawn from a Training Bank carries the same guarantee individual students get: an employee who scores at least 75% on full-length practice exams and still doesn't pass the real certification exam gets a free retake of the course — no re-draw against your balance.
