Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info: email address and password (stored securely by our auth provider, Supabase — we never see or store your plaintext password).
• Purchase info: which course and price you purchased, and a Stripe customer/session reference. We do not receive or store your card number — Stripe handles payment details directly.
• Course activity: lesson progress, quiz and practice-exam attempts and scores, and guarantee/retake status.
• AI Coach conversations: messages you send to the AI Coach and its responses, stored per lesson so the coach has context across a conversation.

How we use it

To authenticate you, deliver the course content and AI Coach you've purchased, track your progress and guarantee eligibility, process payments, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication.
• Stripe — processes payments; receives what's needed to charge you, never shared further by us.
• Anthropic — powers the AI Coach; your lesson-grounded questions and the coach's answers are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses.
• Vercel — hosts the application.

We don't share your data with any other party, and never with AI University or ActiForge's other products — Forge University runs on its own, separate infrastructure.

Data retention

We keep your account and course data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for support and legal/accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data — see Contact below.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us. [Region-specific rights — e.g. GDPR/CCPA — to be confirmed based on where customers are located.]

Children's privacy

Forge University is not directed at, and not intended for use by, anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
