Forge University is an independent exam-prep provider. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a certifying authority for ISACA, ISC2, CompTIA, or Microsoft. Only those organizations can grant the actual certification for their respective exams. Purchasing or completing a Forge University course does not include the exam voucher, exam registration fee, or any certification — you register for and sit the real exam separately, at your own cost.
You need an account to purchase or access a course. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Course purchases are processed by Stripe. Currently, only individual-seat pricing is available; team/multi-seat pricing is temporarily unavailable. On successful payment, you receive ongoing access to that course's lessons, quizzes, practice exams, and AI Coach, subject to these Terms.
Full mechanics are in our Guarantee & Retake Policy. In short: the guarantee is a free, one-time, course-only retake — never a cash refund and never a second exam voucher.
The AI Coach is an AI-generated study aid grounded in the current lesson's content. It can make mistakes. It is not a substitute for the official exam body's materials, and you should independently verify anything it tells you before relying on it to prepare for a real exam.
Course content is for your personal, non-commercial study use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share lesson content, quiz questions, or practice exams.
Forge University does not guarantee you will pass any certification exam. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge University is not liable for exam outcomes, employment outcomes, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, beyond the retake remedy described in our Guarantee & Retake Policy.
